When will I receive my order?
B. Beauti' Collection is composed of micro batch & hand-made products. Therefore, all orders are processed within 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number and expect your order to arrive 3-5 days after the processing period.
Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. We are not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
**During the Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic, processing times may be extended due to suppliers shipping items late or being backed up on orders. We will try our best to get your orders out to you. If you have not received any communication from us in more than 2 weeks please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will NOT stock any item we do not have in our inventory.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
B. Beauti’ Collection IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES. If you suspect your package has been lost, stolen or delivered to the wrong address you will need to contact your local post office as we do not have any control over postal service. Unfortunately, USPS may not allow you to file a claim as they have fulfilled their duty to deliver the package. You will need to file a complaint with the US Postal Inspector that investigates mail theft and file a police report with your local police department to notify them of the theft. What if my order is damaged?
B. Beauti’ Collection uses great care while packaging your order. In the unlikely event your package arrives damaged, please notify us the day of receiving your package. Please contact email@example.com with an image of the product, your name, and your order number. We will issue a refund or ship a replacement as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with tracking information. In addition to that you will receive notifications when your order is out for delivery and once your order has been delivered.
